 Having identified the obvious need for viable and reasonably priced competition in the Oban and surrounding areas, the director of Argyll Agency, local people with extensive knowledge of the areas in which he operates, obtained the lease to the premises in the heart of Oban Village during May 2003 and set about totally refurbishing them, finally opening for business on 17th June 2003.
From our modern, fully equipped office, we can provide hi-tech marketing methods using our innovative DVD property tours which allows prospective purchasers to ‘walk-round’  and view properties of interest from the comfort of their own home and prior to making that all important appointment to view first hand. We also produce, in house, high quality, full-colour brochure details using high definition digital photography as well as advertising properties for sale in the weekly property supplement of The Oban Times.
This is a family run business and by keeping our overheads as low as possible we are able to offer very competitive commission rates without comprimising the levels of service.
